Music to Write To...
What is playing on the ipod right now as I write?Normally I do not write well with music playing in my ears, but this is one of those days where it's helping. *smiles* I'm not working on any love scenes yet, but I'm on a part where Wesley starts to understand why her beautiful mother was so troubled and distant. :)
And it's almost the weekend. I'm gearing up to get a goodly amount of writing done. :]

You know I love me some writing music! These are great selections :) I can't write in silence - I need something to set the mood!
ReplyDeleteI love listening to my iPod when I write. Certain songs become the "soundtrack" to my manuscript. I can't hear the music without thinking of the manuscript and I can't read the manuscript without hearing the songs in my head.
ReplyDeleteSome days I feel like that too. Or I know it happens in an awkward nonwriting situation like date night at the movie theater. I'll be listening to the soundtrack to whatever movie we are seeing and wishing the movie would just END so I can go home and write. I could even hear the words and see the scenes in my head.
